• Roasted pumpkin & Goat cheese tart with caramelised onion jam & toasted walnuts.

• Slipper Lobster & Squid salad with fresh herbs & lime & lemongrass dressing.

• Moroccan spiced Chicken Salad with tomato chilli jam, riata & toasted flatbread.

• Coconut Tempura Prawns with garden salad & tangy mango dipping sauce.

• Blue¿eye Cod with crushed potatoes, vegetable stack, greens and creamy dill sauce.

• Aged grain fed Sirloin with creamy gratin potatoes, mushroom sauce & green beans.

• Roast Chicken Breast with macadamia & thyme stuffing, crushed potatoes, greens & jus.
